My Grandparents

Far from each other, they had to strengthen their relationship through letters that they wrote to the other without knowing if they would even get to their destiny. In the middle of uncertainty their love kept them hopeful of seeing each other again someday. These are my grandparents, and the words in the back are just fragments of the letters that they wrote to each other when my grandpa was kidnapped by the guerrilla group “ELN” just some years ago when Colombia was passing through its darkest times.
